Why is a $49.00 diagnostic fee required?

The fee allows a technician to be dispatched and is paid directly to the vendor partner. If the service proceeds, the fee is applied toward the total cost.

When will a diagnostic fee be charged?

The diagnostic fee is not charged until the assigned technician is on site and has completed their assessment. If the quote is approved, the $49.00 diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost of the service.

When will an appointment be confirmed?

Appointments are typically confirmed within 48 hours. Emergency requests are escalated and confirmed within 24 hours.

An on-site diagnostic allows a qualified professional to assess the issue accurately. This ensures pricing is precise, expectations are clear, and the completed work fully resolves the service request.

How does your average pricing estimate work?

Trnkey analyzes millions of similar work orders to generate low, high, and average estimated pricing ranges. These estimates are provided for guidance only. An exact quote is issued after the technician completes the on-site diagnostic.
